Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and driven fresh graduate with a strong foundation in IT and a desire to grow in the field. As an IT Trainee, you will receive hands-on experience in technical support and systems administration, building your career toward roles like Systems Engineer or IT Administrator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support across systems and networks
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues across hardware and software
- Collaborate with senior engineers and IT staff in daily operations and projects
- Document resolutions and maintain IT knowledge base
Requirements:
- Major in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or IT, (Cybersecurity concentration preferred)
- Fresh graduate or trainee-level candidate
- Communication skills: fluency in both English and Arabic
- Educational background should include:
- Networking
- Operating systems
- Security protocols
- Databases
- Programming languages
